Courier delivery in Moscow and the nearest suburbs
The publishing house «Veligor» delivers in Moscow when buying products worth at least 1,500 rubles within 1-3 working days.
1. Within Moscow, home delivery service costs 300 rubles.
2. Outside the Moscow ring road, home delivery service costs from 400 rubles.

You may pick up your order at the pick-up point: Moscow, Kozukhovskaya metro station (the first car from the center, on the transition to the right) 6th Kozukhovskaya house 24, first floor, office No. 4 (entrance from the courtyard of the building, between No. 4 and No. 5 entrances there is an annex to the building).
Opening hours: On weekdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday are days off).

Postal delivery
Our products are delivered to other regions by cash on delivery or an advance payment, through the Russian Post and the CDEK courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region.
Please note that upon receipt of the products by cash on delivery, Russian Post charges from 3 to 8% when transferring money to the online store, depending on the region.
If a Customer, having ordered the products by cash on delivery, does not pick it up at the post office on time for no good reason, he or she is blacklisted and loses the right to order the products on our website.
Delivery to the regions of Russia and the CIS, as well as to foreign countries
The publishing house “Veligor” delivers its products to the regions of Russia (by cash on delivery or an advance payment), as well as to the CIS countries and far abroad (only prepaid). The cost of delivery by mail is carried out in accordance with the tariffs established by the Russian Post, and varies depending on the remoteness of the region, the weight of the products and the cost of packaging, as well as other tariffs established by the Russian Post.
Within Russia, the products are delivered first class (as a parcel or a post package) by cash on delivery.
To the CIS countries and far abroad, the products are sent only after 100% payment of the products.
Features of delivery of products to other countries
International mail is tracked on the Russian Post website only on the territory of Russia.
When ordering products, please, take into account the peculiarities of the customs legislation of your country. It is up to a Customer to inquire about any restrictions imposed on the products when they are imported into his or her country. Our store is not responsible for any problems that our Customer may have due to the imposition of such restrictions on his or her order.
The tracking number of the international shipment appears a few days after your order was actually sent off.
All orders must be agreed individually with our manager, who, after receiving the order, will call the Customer and tell him or her how much the ordered product will cost, taking into account its delivery.
